As the Interior Design Discipline Leader, Sim brings more than 14 years of interior design experience to RATIO projects. Sim is a firm believer in creating spaces that encourage collaboration, playfulness and social responsibility.Inspired by the story each design communicates and the meaningful impact it can have on the community, Sim utilizes his artistic and technical talents to create unique, functional designs that support the organization's values and goals.

Wallpaper, Interior Design, Metropolis, Metropolitan Home, Dwell, Azure, The Economist and Indianapolis Monthly.

Things that get me excited:
Design with a point of view, art with a sense of humor, winning, a great surprise, candy, my dogs being happy to see me at the end of the day and amazing food.

Books I would recommend to anyone:
To Kill a Mockingbird, The Picture of Dorian Grey, The Color Purple, The Slaughterhouse-Five or a great pop-up book.

Why I do this:
Because I’m lucky. My primary focus is taking an idea and being a part of the team that turns it into reality. Honestly, I have no idea what else I would do!
