Tom Cloud, AIA oversees project team management and is the client’s day-to-day contact. He is involved throughout the entire design process, including construction observation, to ensure the client’s objectives are met. A 30-year industry professional, Tom knows how to move projects efficiently through the design and production process, helping to provide innovative, cost effective solutions to firm clients. Tom’s design approach focuses on crafting a product that responds to a project’s program, design opportunities, function, and cost, while maintaining a high level of service. Magazines I read: Fine Home Building, Architectural Record, and Scientific American. Things that get me excited: New projects, traveling, history and woodworking – I find it all very stimulating. Books I would recommend to anyone: Home and The Most Beautiful House in the World – both by Witold Ribczynski – for the easy. Why I do this: Put simply, I love to see things get built. I also enjoy helping a client find the right solution to their problems. But if I had to do it all over again: I would be taller and look more like George Clooney.
