A former elementary school built in 1905 is getting a new use for the second time since schoolchildren departed for good in 1979. An Indianapolis not-for-profit group has found a new use for the former Lucretia Mott School No. 3, a historic  elementary school on the city's near east side. The historic building is set to become a mixed-income apartment community. RATIO Architects is the project's architect.
