RESIDENTS VOICE CONCERNS ABOUT I-69

Recognizing the potential impacts of the proposed I-69 Extension on the community, the Evansville Metropolitan Planning Organization hired RATIO to develop a small area plan encompassing two distinct areas within Vanderburgh County.
The proposed I-69 Extension will create an opportunity for the community to define its image along the corridor, and create a unique entry experience for motorists traveling the corridor. The plan will also provide guidance and recommendations addressing the impacts of secondary development expected to occur as a result of improved access to local, regional, and interstate commerce.
